I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capstone Turbine (Chatsworth, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Six 30 minute interviews scheduled with HR, three Product Managers, Customer Service and Sales and Marketing.
Interviews were basically conversational. Office environment was hectic and interview times and personnel changed throughout the day.
I was notified an offer would be presented within a week of the interview. The actual offer arrived after a background and reference check.
