I'd initially applied for a different team but they redirected my application for a different team. There were some simple excel / writing tests as a screening followed by 6 rounds of interviews.

Experience with data analysis, previous internship experience, and other standard behavioral questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capstone Investment Advisors (New York, NY)
Interview
Hackerrank, and three interviews, with a mix of online and remote. Very well organized and quick. Interviews are mainly technical on probability and coding questions. Final round is more of a fit interview.
HR interview followed by managing director chats and excel/python test, final talk with head of trading. Decent amount of technical questions but this would be dependent on the role complexity.
