One interview with management. Usually meet with the person who will supervise you. Was a two round interview process. Wanted to know organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments. Was conducted at the facility. Easy to prepare for.

Interview
Held on Friday's only. When you arrive there are about 10 to 15 other applicants waiting their turn to interview with the president of the company. Your told about pay which he over states after you complete all your requirements. Be expected to see only half of what he tells you when you have completed all of your testing. After you speak with him you then do a second interview with the human "resource" person. This part is to just kill time because the interview also includes a plant tour.

Interview
Basic conversation with recruiter then on second day interview with vp of company. On the third day recruiter called with a offer. Recruiter provides all necessary training and preparedness possible. Was the easiest part of the entire interview process.
