4 known steps to the interview process- interview with HR manager, VP of engineering, Coding challenge and then meet with the Development team.
I successfully passed the first 3 steps, and up to that point was a strong candidate.
The 'meet with the dev team' step was a joke and helped me realize I wouldnt want to be with this company had I passed this final step. While the HR manager and VP of engineering seem incredible and give off a great culture for the company, the Dev team has a God complex and will throw in questions that are one-off situations. Not to see how well you handle the situation, but it seems to rather smirk and treat you like an idiot.
Dont recommend this company and their current R&D department.
