The interview process itself was easy and straightforward. I had a series of virtual interviews with different team members where we discussed my resume and background. For the most part, it was a fairly casual interview experience. However, when I asked questions regarding the future of the company and the work culture, I found some of the answers I received to be worrisome. I was given a full time offer and I asked questions regarding the benefits and pay. The company rescinded the full time offer shortly after.
