First interview was a screening via Skype with recruiter. Second interview was behavioral with District Manager also via Skype. Third interview was mainly fit based with a Director also via Skype.

Interview
A series of three interviews beginning with a recruiter, who would filter applicants for the District Manager, and ultimately the Regional VP. Before the interview with the RVP, there is also a written exercise, to validate communication skills and ability to complete reports. The last interview is always the hardest, but one or more of these may be done via skype. You must dress professional but fashionable.

I talked to recruiter over the phone first. Then I had an interview through SKYPE with the same recruiter. After that, I had another interview through SKYPE with the DM and lastly a SKYPE interview with the Senior Director of stores.
