Caplin Systems Project Manager interview questions

I was interwieved in a Project Manager role. The first step was a quick call with someone from Caplin to discuss background, role, and expectations. After go thought that they sent me a Test to create a project from scratch in 3 days. The test was a brief of a client system and the goal was to create a backlog, project plan, and so on. I did this task in term and sent it to Caplin. After 3 weeks I didn't receive any feedback about the test or the position. So it makes me feel that Caplin is. very inconsiderate with the effort of someone who wants to join the company.
