Phone screener, one panel interview, and a lunch interview. I met with the IT department, consisting of three interesting individuals. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The first panel interview was very standard. The second interview was a tour of the facilities and lunch offsite. It was my first lunch interview, and I felt as if some of my questions were misunderstood, which may have lead to me not getting the offer. Overall it was a positive and relatively quick process.
