Capitall (India) interview questions

The first round was a conversation with a senior team member, where they asked relevant questions about my design knowledge, experience, and work process. After that, I was given an assignment to complete. The assignment was quite detailed around 3 and 4 pages of design work — which I completed and submitted on time. However, after that, there was no feedback or communication at all. I followed up multiple times, even via WhatsApp where they had initially contacted me, but never received a response. This kind of experience feels unprofessional, especially after investing so much time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring process and respects candidates' time in the future.
