Capital One Desktop Support Engineer London/Nottingham interview questions

Went via cognizant for a role in Capital One. I had 3 interviews which went really good also was told I was a very strong candidate and I will find out the decision in 3 days. They kept me lingering for 3 weeks after the recruiter chasing several times, finding out in the end it was a close decision but I didn't get the job, I was disappointed it took this long to reach a decision and also they didn't have the courtesy to even give me feedback on their decision. The communication between capital one and cognizant is extremely poor. Just didn't like the way they lead me on.
