Talked to recruiter for a half hour or so, later on talked to director of design. Had negative experience since they didn't even bother to notify me that I didn't go forward.

Capital One only does phone interviews, probably to remain objective during the process. I was hired without ever meeting anyone in person. It was initially supposed to be 3 phone calls, working my way up the ladder to the higher supervisors, but actually only had 2 interviews.
