I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One (Montreal, QC) in Sept 2015
Interview
Lasted one hour total : 30 minutes case, 30 minutes behavioural (different rooms, different people interviewing). The case was very easy, with basic revenue, cost, profit, demand function analysis. The behavioural part of the interview was also basic. However there is a lot of follow up on your answers. Take your time before answering, make sure to pick a story you like, they will ask details.
Overall good interview, the two interviewers were nice.

Interview
One 30 minute one-on-one case Interview. Pleasant first impression, however we began the case as soon as I walked in. All the supplies that I needed were provided- including a pen, paper and calculator. He noted that the interview was based off of my ability to think critically and not whether or not I arrived at the right conclusion.
