Phone then onsite. Onsite was there stages in various order. You stepped into your individual small room, and different people would come in. First was software programming questions, next person performed a behavior interview and third was business analytics.

Question 1
Since there programming questions and create a class
First of all, they take technical assessment on Code Signal Platform. Candidate needs to solve 4 question in 70 min. If you are shortlisted from this round you will moved to another round.
They send you the OA immediately and if you do good after that, they schedule a Power Day which is basically a 4 hours behavioral and technical interview and after that you will get an email wanting to schedule a call.

OA to final round. OA is on code signal. the final round isnt too bad, it is 3 interviews in four hours, but two are easy, the technical can be cheesed.
