First-round interview: behavioral, Power Day (final round): JobFit, Case Interview, and behavioral. Provided a lot of resources to prepare along the way such as videos and a pdf with case interview examples. Join two workshops after the first interview which focused on 'case interview prep' and 'how a rotation program will lead you to a specific career path'

For case interview: less math however, know basic math such as how to calculate the profit and break-even calculation

2nd Round - Super day - Case, Behavioral, and Job Fit interviews
Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially
