there is a screening interview with an HR rep over the phone, to make sure you're not a complete idiot and wasting the time of the 4 subsequent people that will interview you.
All questions are behavioral interview style. IE "tell me about a time you..." They goal of these questions are to see how you've handled yourself in previous scenarios to see how you'll react in the the call center.
Ultimately this is a call center job with ok benefits

Had to take a very long test to even get a personal interview, but then your good if you pass that.
