Interview
It was a Normal Interview Process, got interviewed by HR first, then by hiring manager. I did not continue in the process as I lacked some of the desired skills and experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever explained finance terms and information to non financial people? Give an example.
Smooth; minicase is verbally presented; may be hard to understand depending on the interviewer. May need to ask many more questions to clarify the questions asked during the case. But overall, it is fairly easy
Three rounds of interviews, two of them are case based to assess technical knowledge (first case is relatively easy, calculation needed), one is mainly behavioural questions with the team leader
1st round was 45 mins. Simple case (profitability and basic business acumen) plus a bit of behavioural
2nd round was in-person; networking dinner the night before, and then two back to back interviews (an hour long case and a 30 min behavioural)

For the case it was breakeven calculations and basic business questions (e.g. what are the risks and mitigations associated with this venture...)
