1st round interview: Met the recruiters at career fair on campus. Had to apply on the capital one website and the career center website. Took a pre-interview math/reading based assesment. Interview was mostly behavioral (tell me about a time when..) 2nd Round: Flew to Richmond for the interview (paid for by the company). 1 behavioral, 1 case interview...just be calm and interact with your interviewers
