I was contacted in the beginning of February for a phone interview by a recruiter. 2.5 weeks later I was invited down to the Richmond campus for 3 on-site interviews. 2 job fit and 1 behavioral. The interviewers were all very friendly and personable, willing to answer any questions I had. My hotel and flight accommodations were tremendous. The campus is beautiful and everything is completely modernized to the Agile process. I interviewed on a Friday and got a call Monday with an offer. All around great company and positive experience!!

One on campus interview. Then Capital One brought me down for a interview on their campus. They put you up in a nice hotel, and pay for your travel and meals. Recruiters were very nice, and interviews were very relaxed. The case study was fairly simple and the interviewers answer any questions you have.
