The process took eight weeks. Their hr process is very structured: quick phone call, exams, another phone call, and power day. On power day, I was interviewed by four members of the team. I am convinced I was brought in simply to meet a quota. Each member seemed aloof and passive. They asked me a predetermined set of questions, which limits your ability to turn the interview into a casual conversation. One interviewer appeared like he/she couldn't wait to leave the room. LESSON: If you don't fit the job description perfectly, they are stringing you along.
