I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One in Apr 2017
Interview
Had an interview with HR that went well. Progressed to hiring manager. The interview consisted of two questions. The manager immediately communicated her disinterest in continuing the conversation. Asked if I had any questions. Yes, I have one! "Why would I want to work for you?"
Sorry, if you are going to interview people sound a little excited about the department you manage and hire for. Don't waste my time! Its no wonder this particular position has been posted forever.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The Interviewer seemed checked out from the start, and even though asked for questions at the end, did not answer them in a clear manner. He was also facing connection issues which affected my focus a lot. It felt as if he had already made his choice before hand and was doing a mere formality by taking my interview. For one of the questions, he did not even listen to my answer properly and made a remark about how we would have done it differently. I am still waiting for my result, but am choosing "Did not get an offer" here because I feel that might happen.
