I applied at a career fair and was sent an email that I was invited to come interview at Capital One in either Richmond or McLean, VA. The interview process was a day long where they flew you in the day before, you stay in a hotel, then go to their campus in the morning. You are shown around their campus, given lunch as a networking opportunity where you meet with a few current employees, and finally comes the interview. You are given your own room and the interviewers come to you, different interviewer for each interview type. There are 3 different types: Job fit (technical) interview, Behavioral interview, Case interview. Behavioral interview is your basic behavioral questions, Case interview you will make suggestions and ask questions for a certain business situation and do some algebra, and job fit interview will be your average technical interview.

Joke of an interview. The technical case was just fixing some code, and all you had to fix was some logical if statements. The technical DSA problem was leetcode easy difficulty; it was very straightforward. The behavioral was standard.
