I was called in for a group interview with an on site staffing agency at Capital One. Was called back for a second interview, on a 1 on 1 basis, received job offer there.

Describe a time when you had to deal with an angry customer.
recruiter call, call with director, 4 power day interviews. This was over the span of a month. got notification of results via email from the recruiter a couple days after initial interview.

Interview
Extremely well organized. They are very transparent with what they expect in the interviews. There is a culture fit module you'll need to do too. They are more than happy to provide resources to help you prepare. However, ended unfortunately -- they decided to pause on filling this position hours before the Super Day / Power Day.
