Interview
Straightforward, fair, and quick. Phone screen, then panel interview, then power day all within a period of two weeks. The recruiter outlined the process since the beginning and it was really easy to understand. All the material you need to prepare is provided to you.

Question 1
How would you model credit card default rates? Why?
First round is similar to job market talk. Explain you jmp and Q&A. Introduction about the team and open conversation. Second round is power day with 5 one-hour rounds. Case study on statistics, math case study, chat with hiring manager, case study on capital one related problem and coding session.
Brief introduction, then you get to explain about your JMP, they ask some follow up questions about your JMP. They will also ask some experience on your resume. Then at the end, you get to ask some questions.
