7 rounds of interviews and an automated rejection email. No notes or reason. Just a waste of time and lack of professionalism from Capital One. I hope they do better in the future.

Power Day in Richmond! Lots of managers interviewing you. Actually about 3-4. Easy going interview. Behavioral interviewing, not so much with technical skills, but some. Preceeded by a phone interview with manager and peer. Offer came about 7 days later.
