I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2024
Interview
1st round - 45 min behavioral
Final round - Case interview, behavioral interview, and job fit interview
Both behavioral interviews were basic: tell me about a time when you worked in a team. In the case interview, you get to use a calculator, and you might perform weighted averages, break-even analysis, or total per unit cost. It's a walk in the park. The job fit consists of scenario-type questions (if you were to create an app, what steps would you take).

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked on a team and faced conflict with one of the team members
Recruiters told me one thing about the role and process, but the interviews ended up contradicting that. The people themselves were nice, responsive, and professional, and most of the questions were classic behavioral ones you’d expect (teamwork, leadership, conflict, etc.). That said, there was very little consistency between what I was told beforehand and what actually happened in the interview.
First round was behavioral Then invited to Super Day 3 hour that consist of job fit, case study, and behavioral interview. It wasn’t too bad and the interviewee was nice.
