4 Round Interview Process. Everyone was nice until I got to my 3rd round interview. Met with a manager who asked me ridiculous questions that had nothing to do with my prior work history. I could tell that he was extremely self-absorbed and egotistical. He also mansplained to me. I realized that everyone on the team was male and I would be the only female. If you are a woman, I'd suggest you stay away from this company. Complete waste of time and compensation wasn't the best.
The interview process was made up of a series of panel and individual interviewers. The process was great, interviewers were friendly and didn’t try to catch you out but rather wanted to help you shine.
After multiple rounds of interviews consisting of about 5 hours total, the recruiter has ghosted me. I completed my last interview 3 weeks ago and I’ve reached out twice for a follow up. I assumed after 5 hours spent the recruiter could at least send an email or some sort of response, even an automated one would be fine.
The interview is pretty well organised, three to four rounds, and each round has one or two people, depending on seniority. The HR is pretty efficient and communicates results very soon.
