5 rounds of enjoyable conversations with very experienced people: 1) Pre-screening with HR, a questionnaire with questions about databases, networks, and the complexity of algorithms. 2) Technical interview with 2 engineers: questions about system design, and problem-solving, no "how I can reverse a string in Java?" type questions. 3) Coding interview with 2 engineers: coding task and a bit of concurrency, no algorithms. 4) Manager interview: simple manager interview, nothing tough. 5) HR interview: simple HR interview, nothing tough.
