Capgemini Invent Organisation Change Manager interview questions

The interview panel consisted of one senior member who was supportive and approachable. At the beginning of the interview, she reassured me that it was perfectly fine if I didn't know some answers and emphasized that a willingness to learn was key. This approach helped me feel comfortable and set a positive tone for the discussion. She introduced herself and then asked me to introduce myself. Following my introduction, she inquired about my past experience, focusing on any involvement in change management. I shared my experience, highlighting my role and responsibilities. She asked detailed questions about my experience in change assessment and change readiness. I described a specific change initiative I was involved in, explaining my role in the process and the target size of the change, which impacted a significant number of people within the organization. She wanted to know how I ensured the change was on the right track and how I managed its implementation. I provided insights into the strategies I employed to monitor progress and ensure successful execution.
