I got call from Aricent HR only for F2F and i attended in Bangalore office. It was around 30 minutes interview. When HR asking to come for interview they giving call many times, after interview if you ask the interview feedback they never respond. My request to HR department is either candidate select or not please respond through mail or call. Because candidate spend their time to reach your office and for interview keep that in mind. Just make a call or send email about interview feedback/for what they rejected. It really helps to every candidate to improve himself in future.
