Interview
The interview takes place as a result of campus recruitment process by Aricent Group in our college. Started with Aptitude Test, Technical Test the selected candidates were allowed to appear for group discussion round. Group Discussion in Aricent is different than other procedure. Its a non elimination round and H.R. analyses you on the basis of speaking , listening and reading skills. It is followed by a Technical Interview. If you are planning to appear for this interview I advice you to have a research about the company and prepare yourself for practical Computer Network questions. Besides all this you should have good coding skill, good knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithm Design, Operating System, Software Engineering. Make yourself prepare for questions from your resume. They may go deep into your projects.
they will usually ask more about microservices, how do we handle request, ask us to design the api for an application.
they will have L1 and L2 round for overall interview process.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés.
La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.
