Capella Space interview questions

A very pleasant experience. The recruiting team is very approachable and devoted to getting to know you as a person in addition to just being a candidate. I immediately could tell how positive the company culture was from the interview itself. The hiring process was also very smooth, straightforward, and transparent.

Initial HR Zoom meeting. Good questions to get to know me and my background. However, when the discussion turned to age, I felt that was very inappropriate. Essentially, reading between the lines, the interviewer seemed to imply that since I am over 40 years old, I was going to be passed over for this position. I do not feel age should ever be brought up in an interview, especially with HR.
