      Localization Director Interview

      12 Apr 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Kyōbashi, Osaka
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capcom (Kyōbashi, Osaka) in Oct 2017

      Interview

Took 3 months, a massive written test, 3 interviews, and multiple in-person visits.. The information they give about their company is deliberately misleading to get you to come. When asked about overtime, they said most people go home right on time, but in reality, literally no one goes home on time. If they do, they get chastised for it and accused of stealing from the company because they "include" a minuscule overtime stipend (which is non-negotiable and without it).
