There were 4 rounds of interview with 2 technical and 2 HR. The process was smooth but quite long.
In the technical interview they stick to the basics of mechanical engineering.

The hiring process comprised of three levels. Fresh Mechanical and Production engineers were asked to submit their resumes and after a preliminary round of sort out candidates based upon courses they took, Caparo invited us to interview.
