Internal recruiter contacted me within a couple of days of applying. Setup a phone interview basic overview who I am and what I am looking for. A technical interview was scheduled a week later. During the technical interview it was not what I expected from an interview. Very old school was of doing interview as it was straight questions on a list. The interviewer could have been a robot and I would not have known the difference. The major thing that turned me off was when it was my turn to ask questions I was only allowed to ask 2 questions. You may ask why only 2 questions? The interviewer was in a conference room and was being kicked out for another meeting that was scheduled.
