Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience interviewing with CapTech. Our goal through the interview process is to ensure those have the technical ability/skills required for the role as well as align to our core values and there is mutual interest. We do this through a recruiter screen, technical/skills interview, and a final round which consists of multiple interviews. Behavioral interview questions are incorporated throughout the process to understand past experiences and how those would handle different situations that arise with our clients.
