I applied through other source. I interviewed at Canvas InfoTech
Interview
The interview process for the Associate Software Engineer role at Kapiva was structured and efficient. It started with a phone screening where they asked about my background and technical knowledge. The next step was a coding interview, where I solved problems using Java and algorithms, followed by a system design interview. The final round included a behavioral interview with HR to assess cultural fit and expectations. Overall, the interviewers were professional, and the process was well-organized and focused on both technical and interpersonal skills.

They also asked about my experience with version control systems like Git and how I collaborate with other team members during development.
