Great communication. Brian from HR was great to work with. He even called before every interview to confirm it was still a good time. Very much appreciated. I had an original hour long interview with him before moving onto the hiring manager and then again with the whole team. They did ask for references, credit report, employment verification, background check and a drug test.
Thank you for applying and taking time to go through our hiring process. We agree – Brian is awesome! FYI – we no longer incorporate credit checks, drug screens or references as part of our background check for new hires. We do still verify employment and run a thorough criminal search.
