Lengthy process with 2-3 interviews, 2 take home assignment that took me 10 hours each. The interviewers were amazing and really easy to talk to however the process is arduous especially when Canva pays below the market. Made it till the last stage and was ghosted by the recruitment team who only got back to me after 2-3 followups.
