Cantoni interview questions

Had multiple phone and zoom interviews, which all were very positive. Was scheduled for a In-person interview at their Dallas showroom. Interview was canceled by design director 45 minutes before the time we had scheduled. Called the idea of interviewing me a "waste of time". No other feedback or clarification was given. This was a very unprofessional recruitment experience.

One brief interview, in person interview inside of the restaurant with the owner. Interview lasted approximately ten minutes. I was asked basic questions like how I handle pressure, previous jobs, and ability in working in an hot environment.
