      I applied online. I interviewed at Canopé

      Interview

      Entretien à distance via Teams sur une durée allant de 30 min à 45 min. Participants : Une personne en charge du projet, une Responsable Ressources Humaine. Déroulement : tour de table permettant à chaque participant de se présenter, puis développement des processus à gérer. Mise en adéquation argumentées des compétences et moyens que le candidat propose de mettre en oeuvre.

      Plusieurs questions demandant des exemples concrets permettant d'évaluer nos compétences sous la forme d'échanges. A la fin de l'entretien la RRH demande quel salaire je veux avoir (!)
