Applied through their website and got a call a few days later for an interview. The interview itself went decently, I got along fine with the interviewers but I was told they felt like my personality wasn't suitable for an aggressive sales role.

Der gesamte Prozess wird beim ersten Telefonat erklärt. Ein lockerer und humaner Austausch. Man fühlt sich wie in einem normalen Gespräch, in welchem ein Austausch und nicht ein Interview stattfindet, was den ganzen Druck abnimmt.

Are you able to achieve a target of 80k selling printer machines ?
Overall is Good, interviewees are friendly. 2 rounds of interview that is reasonable. Questions are common. First round with HR and direct report manager. Second round is with department head and director.
