Canibuild interview questions

It is deeply disappointing and unprofessional to know this company disorganized and negligent approach to the interview process. In my personal experience, I got ignored and ghosted with scheduled interviews !! This is not only rude and disrespectful but also reflects a lack of consideration for the candidates' time and effort. The lack of follow-up or reply to explain reasons for interviewer NO SHOW is unacceptable

I applied through LI for a BDR position. Recieved an email thanking me for my application for AE position and to set a time to interview. I assumed this was an error as it wasn't the role I applied for. At the start of the interview I asked if it was an error and was told I would be considered for the AE position. That interview ended with being scheduled for the next interview with the hiring manager. That interview was scheduled for the next week, then at the last minute was changed for 7pm on a Friday evening
