Recruiter was nice and put a lot of emphasis on recruiting real people / humans. I was a bit taken aback by that as I was prepared to speak to my experience (be ready to talk about things you do other than work). As for the meeting with the hiring manager, it was also pretty casual. I was ill prepared for it so try to be sure to recall any experiences you have around working in crypto or NFT environments and be ready to answer any questions around your case study if you present it.
