I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Candle-Lite (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and the majority of the process was through LinkedIn. Was told they liked me and were impressed with my background. The third party they used for hiring/interviewing was nice and responsive. Once she left it became difficult to get an answer from anyone. In the end, got a generated message telling me they went with someone else. The whole process took a couple months. I feel like they wasted my time and didn't care.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Candle-Lite in May 2021
Interview
Was contacted through LinkedIn and had a Standard HR Phone Interview. Then moved on to a video interview with the hiring manager and then a video interview with their manager. Questions were all pretty standard but interviewers came off as uninterested and slightly unprofessional. After that they completely ghosted me. Didn't have the courtesy to tell me I didn't move forward or anything after investing my time and completing 3 interviews with them.
