I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Candelis (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
First interview was on the phone which was just basically typical questions about your experience. The onsite interview was about the same but they also told me about what the position will be. The third interview was driving out to the HQ in Newport Beach and meet with the owner of the company. They basically asked why I wanted to leave my current job and what I look to gain by joining the company. They called my 3 references that I listed on my application. I got an offer 3 days later but I declined it because my job offered more and give me a promotion to stay. It was also a shorter drive for me than going to downtown LA so that was the main deciding factor.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Candelis (Newport Beach, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Started with a good interview process around algorithms. Then called over for an on site interview. Interview was fine. Mostly questions around databases and web application architecture (because I had some experience in that). After verbally agreeing to make an offer, they refused after at least 20 follow up emails.

Question 1
Easy questions. Basically they test whether you know what you have done and say.
