Suite à la sélection du cv, une entrevue en personne est effectuée avec le chef du département qui cherche à embaucher. L'entrevue peut être avec 1 ou plusieurs interlocuteurs. L'entrevue se déroule de façon assez conviviale. Certaines questions sont posées, mais c'est surtout l'attitude du candidat qui est observé. Ils veulent surtout des personnes qui sauront s'intégrer à l'entreprise et qui partagent les mêmes valeurs. L'entreprise est assez "familiale".
