I was called for a first interview VIA Zoom (Covid protocols) and was asked to prepare a short presentation, as the job requirements include designing and presenting workshops to various groups. This lasted about an hour- the question portion being about 45-50 minutes and my presentation about 5-10. I was interviewed by 2 people, one taking notes and one asking the questions. I was called about a week later to say they wanted to interview me a second time. The second interview was similar to the first, on Zoom with 2 people. Same format-- one asking questions and one recording answers. I was nervous but none of the questions were extremely out there or unexpected. Overall, it was a good interview experience and the interviewers made me feel comfortable.
