Process goes through the Public Service Commission. It is first posted on the jobs website, then once you submit your application, your curriculum vitae is reviewed agains the statement of merit criteria. If you are called to participate in the interview process, there are usuall up to 3 or 4 people on the board and they present you with questions to review your experience and abilities based on your experience or what you would do in specific situations.
