My interview process consisted of three stages. I was initially contacted by the HR team to begin the process. I interviewed with a Director and Heads of Department from different areas at each stage.
The second stage involved a case study and presentation on business transformation and how I would execute a project. The interviewers were probing in a constructive way and aimed to assess whether I was a suitable fit.
The final interview with my line manager felt more like a formality, although it remained important to perform well.
I am an experienced hire with relevant consulting experience at a competitor company, along with a background in banking and finance. I was pleased to secure the role in a competitive market.
The company is undergoing significant growth, which presents strong opportunities. It also appears to be a good place to work, with interviewers who were clearly knowledgeable and engaged in their subject matter. Many of them have been with the company for a long time.
