Went through many steps of the interviews and some in person in downtown (I live in north or GTA): - HR phone screen - Hiring manager and a software engineer interview (In person interview in downtown) - CTO interview - VP of technologies interview All interviews went very well and after all of these efforts the HR ghosted me; I called many times and emailed many times and eventually they answered one of my phone calls saying that they are not going forward. Terrible experience. I would never work for this company anyway. The hiring manager was a fresh grad and I have almost 15 years of experience; the structure does not make any sense.
